Welcome to S.O.A.R. WITH GOD.

This website and online store are operated by ACM Coaching Group LLC, doing business as S.O.A.R. WITH GOD. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to S.O.A.R. WITH GOD.

S.O.A.R. WITH GOD offers journals, devotional resources, reflection products, mugs, notepads, digital resources, and other products or services designed to support faith, reflection, personal growth, and intentional living.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our products and services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, shop in our store, or purchase from us.

By visiting our website, using our store, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or purchase from our store.

To make a purchase, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, product colors, appearance, layout, or formatting may vary slightly depending on your device screen, settings, print provider, or production process.

Some of our products are made to order through print-on-demand partners. Journals may be printed and fulfilled through Lulu. Select products, such as mugs and notepads, may be printed and fulfilled through Printify.

Because these items are created specifically for each order, slight variations may occur between product images and the final printed item.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product will meet every personal expectation, provided the product is printed and fulfilled as ordered.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product or service at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Many items sold through this store are printed on demand. This means the product is created after your order is placed.

Because print-on-demand items are made specifically for your order, all sales are final once an order has been submitted.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, or delays outside our control.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only for verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error, as described in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and your order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is submitted, we may not be able to cancel or change it, especially if it has already entered production with one of our print-on-demand partners.

If we need to make a change to, cancel, or decline your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

You agree that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized distribution.

SECTION 5 - PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our products are made to order and may require both production time and shipping time.

Journals may be fulfilled through Lulu. Mugs, notepads, and select products may be fulfilled through Printify. Because products may be fulfilled by different print providers, items in the same order may ship separately.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses, holidays, high-volume seasons, supplier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

SECTION 7 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to receive your order in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To review your request, we require:

A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

A clear photo of the packaging, if the damage occurred during shipping

A brief description of the issue

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be determined after we review the information provided.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request that does not include sufficient photographic evidence or that falls outside the terms of our Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS, DOWNLOADS, AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

From time to time, we may offer digital products, downloads, courses, reflection resources, or educational content.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, digital sales may be final once access has been provided, unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific product offer.

Any educational, coaching, devotional, or inspirational content provided through this website is for general informational, spiritual reflection, and personal development purposes only. However, any sales and purchases made through this store are made directly with S.O.A.R. WITH GOD.
