Thank you for shopping with us. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners.
Journals are printed and fulfilled through Lulu. Select products, such as mugs and notepads, may be printed and fulfilled through Printify.
Because each item is created after your order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing and Production Time
All products are made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you after checkout.
Estimated production times are:
Journals fulfilled through Lulu: typically 3 to 5 business days
Mugs, notepads, and select items fulfilled through Printify: typically 2 to 7 business days
Production times may vary based on product type, order volume, holidays, supplier availability, or unexpected delays with the print provider.
Shipping Time
- Each S.O.A.R. WITH GOD™ journal is printed and bound especially for you when you place your order. As a thank-you for ordering on this site, you'll also receive a free downloadable bookmark to print at home - a small keepsake to go along with your journey.
After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping time after production is complete:
- Journals fulfilled through Lulu: 16 to 20 business days for Standard Shipping, or 11 to 15 business days for Express Shipping
- Mugs, notepads, and stickers fulfilled through Printify: typically 2 to 5 business days for U.S. orders, or 10 to 30 business days for international orders
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Your total delivery time includes both.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping destination, and fulfillment provider.
Because products may be fulfilled by different print providers, some items may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.
For journals fulfilled through Lulu, available shipping options are Standard Shipping ($2.99) and Express Shipping ($21.99). Rates for mugs, notepads, and stickers vary by provider and are calculated separately at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order ships, delivery timing is managed by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help you determine the next step.
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
A clear photo of the packaging, if the damage occurred during shipping
A brief description of the issue
Once we review the information provided, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
Because our journals, mugs, notepads, and other printed items are made specifically for each order, we do not keep inventory on hand and cannot speed up production once an order has been submitted.
Each item is printed on demand and shipped directly from the print provider to you.
